JUDr. Ján Mišura, PhD.

Graduate of Faculty of Law of Commenius University in Bratislava graduating in 2003. During his studies and after his graduation he worked as a lawyer in Law, Patent and Trademark firm Neuschl and Partners and thereafter as a company lawyer of the company TESCO STORES SR, a.s.. In 2005 he successfully passed rigorous exam in the field of study of International Law in combination with Commercial Law and got title doctor iuris. In years 2005-2007 he worked as a lawyer in law firms Janas and Krakovsky and Krakovsky and Partners. Since 2007 he is registered as an advocate in Slovak Bar Association (Slovenska advokatska komora).

JUDr. Ing. Jozef Kulich

Graduate of Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Žilina, graduating in 2001. He was responsible for implementation of real estate development projects for the investors, but also acted on side of contractors for international projects such as the construction of Kia Motors Slovakia Teplička nad Váhom, Business Technology Park Praha, Park One in Bratislava. In 2012, completed master's degree at the Faculty of Pan-European University in Bratislava. In 2014 he successfully passed rigorous exam in the field of Commercial Law and got title doctor iuris. He currently works as an associate.
